Is their anywhere in NEC it says needs to exceed both? That's a rather vague question. Yes, it needs to meet or exceed each number.
Specifically lets say I have Roof Top Unit disconnect connected to 23A, 120/208V three phase circuit with MOCP of 30 amps. Where in NEC it says I need to have disconnect voltage rating and its current raring for selection of disconnect?as noted, way too vague a question. The Code is full of provisions for disconnects.
On a basic level, 110.3(B) and 110.4
