In a place of assembly where a household range is used (church kitchen) is the means of disconnecting as described as conection at rear base of a range. (accessible from the front by removal of a drawer) Permitted as means of disconnecting.

Thanks John:-?

Most normal jurisdictions, yes.
But I've heard stories of a different note. One poster on here had an inspector make him install the cord above the counter top to the right.

422.33(B) applies to household electrical ranges but does not limit the requirement to dwelling units. So a household electric range installed in a church would still be OK to have a cord an plug as the disconnecting means in accordance with 422.33(A)&(B).
