Disconnecting means for detached shed.

Running a 100 amp feeder underground to a shed 150 feet away. I normally install an exterior disconnect, but customer "took initiative" and already had a section of pipe installed under the foundtion which enters inside the building. Can I just install a main breaker panel? I guess I should know this already, but I've been doing it so long with the outdoor disco.

225.32 Location.
The disconnecting means shall be installed either inside or outside of the building or structure served or where the conductors pass through the building or structure. The disconnecting means shall be at a readily accessible location nearest the point of entrance of the conductors. For the purposes of this section, the requirements in 230.6 shall be utilized.

Except for not bonding, the rules for feeders like this are basically the same as for services.

And yes you can use a main breaker
