Disconnecting means

I am doing a residence that might have a solar field and tesla powerwall 3. Remote meter pedestal, with my 200 amp panel mounted in the basement nearest the point of entry. I think I need to disconnect the dc conductors before they enter the house, will I also need to install a disconnect outside the the ac panel?

You may be able to comply with rapid shutdown by putting the emergency shutoff outside. The NEC would not require an AC disconnect other than the breaker on the panel, but the utility might. Answers may change if different equipment is used.
