Disconnects in line of sight of boilers

I have a 400 amp 3 phase 480volt breaker in a boiler control panel that feeds 6 fuse block 60amp 3phase 480volt heater circuits. Then I am to run these 6 heater circuits out in the field witch is out of line of sight of the boiler. Is there anything in the NEC that would eliminate putting disconnects in line of sight of the boilers in this industrial setting. I have 3 boilers SXS and limited space, witch calls for 18 circuits=18 disconnects.

Motor disconnect rules are in section 430.102. Basically every motor requires a disconnect at the controller and motor, with exceptions. I suggest you review that section and then return for clarification on the rules
