Four portable classrooms were set adjacent to a school. The EC ran (4) 4-wire feeders to a gutter with individual disconnects above. He landed the neutral in the first(closest to the building) disconnect, but did not for the rest, simply spliced all the rest in the gutter. The inspector originally instructed the EC he would have to add (2) more disconnects for the outer (2) classrooms, as they were further than 30ft from the grouped disconnects located between the middle two buildings. Article 550 on that I believe? But where can I find more information regarding landing the neutral in the disconnect itself? Thanks.
