Dishwasher as largest motor load?

If the only appliance with a motor is the dishwasher, is it calculated at 25% as the largest motor or is it ignored due to the load being partly heat?

I would not. I would wire the DW based on the DW nameplate. Same as an AC unit you follow the nameplate the calculations are already done for you. But I could be wrong.

I would expect the heating element in a dish washer to draw more than the pump. You won't know the size of just the motor to know what it is.
