Is there code rule for the following regarding this picture?
1. Distance limitation from xfrmr to secondary side disco?
2. Distance from secondary side disco to motor?

I'm going to save the info/code reference as I know I asked this before but don't come across needing to know this often. Some info is not shown on the drawing plan hence my inquiry.

Thanks.

10 foot rule and 25 foot rule per article 240 for distance to the disconnect. Within sight or lockable for the disc to motor.

This showing an elevator installation and would fall under article 620 requirements as well.
This is a table chart giving additional codes reference required from 620.13:

In NYC elevator motors require a disconnect within site which often means that there may be more than one in the elevator machine room.

In addition to the OP original question and sense this is a step up application I would what the transformer configuration is. Step up can get complicated if using a Delta/Y in reverse.

The symbol on the sketch says Delta (208)/Wye(480/277).

why should the 120 not be listed?
The 208 side (primary) is delta. As such you will have just 3 phase conductors supplying it (along with an EGC). There is no place or need for a neutral on the 208 side to connect to as it not wye on the primary.
The 480/277 Y secondary will have a neutral that must be bonded/grounded per Art. 250 even though you probably don't have any line to neutral loads.
