Distance from Sprinkler head to ceiling fan

Anyone know the minimum distance from the center of a ceiling fan to a pendant type sprinkler head in an 8' ceiling residential application? I have a client who has an existing head that at least by eye is pretty close to center of the bedroom. I don't know of any NEC restriction here, but anyone know if the the NFPA specs this out? I'm guessing by common sense there must be some clearance so as to not interfere with the spray pattern. Can anyone help here? Thanks

Check NFPA 13D for the answer you seek.

Go to NFPA and use the FREE VIEW edition and look for 8.2.5 and you will find your answer.
