Distribution question

Are all the meter bases in this distribution rated for 100 amps?

Some say 100 and some say 60 amps.
My guess is that they are all rated at 100 just fused at 60 so they have a 60 amp sticker?

I'm sure that's the case. It would likely have cost the manufacturer more to have to use different parts
