Do enclosures get derated when connected by conduit (raintight EMT)

We have a Nema 3R enclosure (mounted outdoors) that is connected to some Nema 12 enclosures (indoors). they will be connected with raintight EMT and fittings.
Does the connected Nema 12 enclosures derate the Nema 3R?
Code references? i can find anything that says one way or the other...
 
The only time you would have an effect on the 3R rating would be if you connected to that enclosure with a fitting that did not maintain the 3R.
Nothing inside would have an effect on the outside enclosure.
