Do I have enough hours for my exam?

Hello, names Darin, I work in North Carolina for an electrical contractor as a supervisor. I have been with the company for just under 3 years, and feel ready to take my exam for Single Family Residential. I sthere any lisence that I qualify for? Thank you for your help.

Your best bet is to go to your local building department, contrator licensing office and get the answers directly from the source. The rules and requirements for licensing varies greatly from jurisdiction to jurisdiction and from state to state.

Has there not been anyone else that works with you or that you know of that has obtained this license in the recent past? Others with licensing experience can give you tips...

that is elect. boards website. I dont believe three years is the magic number. I am wanting to say 4 but that web site will tell you.
