Do I need two separate Grounding for two different voltages in the same Building?

Hi colleagues,
I have a unique situation.
Back at home, we rented a part of building that already has single phase 230V (equivalent to 120V here). It has metering, service disconnect, grounding electrode conductor, grounding electrode (rod), and main bonding & jumper per code.
We needed 3-phase and got permit to pull in 3-phase 415V (equivalent to 3-phase 480V here). We ll have dedicated meter, service disconnect and ll use 3-phase for baking machine and single phase for lighting and receptacles (415/230V). My question is, do I have to dig a separate grounding rod for my 3-phase 4 wire service or can I connect my grounding electrode conductor to the existing grounding electrode that was for single phase 230V?
Thanks,

Sharing same electrodes is better. If you drove more, you'd have to interconnect them anyway.
