Do you add the KVA's of double pole circuits and phases of a panelboard?

Please see attached image. Do you add the per phase KVA of the shown double pole circuit to get the total power for that circuit?

Same thing at the bottom, do you add the different phases to get the total KVA for the panel?

You've left off the right side of the spreadsheet.

The 2x2 red box that you've outlined is the total load for the 17,19 double pole load added to the 18,20 double pole load on the right side.

The 1x2 red box at the bottom that you've outlined should be total load for the panel, both left and right sides.

However: The 0.2 kva total load for AC-4 seems suspiciously low, and I wonder if there are other low numbers in the spreadsheet.
