Do you Estimate on Accubid?

Hello all,
I am a software engineer at an electrical contracting company and kinda wanted to get some ideas from some of you that might have been exposed to the Accubid (estimators) and get some feedback from you on the DB (database) and type of DBs that you might have been exposed to, and, the overal whether you like that product or not.

I used it for 2 years. It is pretty much an enhanced excel. It is a good tool, but like everything you have to use it frequently to stay on top of it. The trouble we had as a company is that everyone had their own database. So everyone had their own prices and their own assemblies. It was work, double checking material and labor prices. They do have a service to automatically update your pricing, but we never purchased it.

If you are a full time estimator it is worth every penny. If you use it every other month, you might be better off with excel.
