Do you size the breaker for MFS of mech equipment?

I have some hvac equipment which the manufacturer provides the maximum fuse size (MFS), the full load current (FLA) and also the minimum circuit ampacity (MCA).

So the local fused disconnect is obviously sized per the MFS given. How about the circuit breaker at the panel, make it the same as the MFS or size it per the FLA or MCA?

Thank You

I would add that the disconnect will need to be fusible because you indicate that the label says "fuse". If the label said max OCPD or max breaker then the disco could be non fusible. You don't see equipment today that is fuse only.
