Does 110.33(A)(1) apply for Busway?

By referring to 110.33(A)(1), does it apply for a small electrical room has a vertical busway, assuming that vertical busway is min 1200a.

Double checking that you realize that 110.33(A)(1) is for >1000V.

110.33(A)(1) is for switchgear and control panels. Busway is neither of those.

Completely different UL Standard, so no, busway is not switchgear or a control panel
