Does a Transformer require an accessible disconnect?

Does a transformer require an accessible disconnect? The transformer will be a 30KVA transformer mounted on top of a toilet room in a factory. It will be feed from a fusible bus plug which may not be accessible. Do I need to provide a second disconnect at the transformer?

A local disconnect is not required for a transformer by the NEC. Make sure that the OCPD location complies with 240.24(A) or 368.12 for the bus connection.
