does fire pump count towards six-disconnect rule?

a fire pump requires a feeder directly from the tranformer. it has a disconnect located at the pump.

i am already using all six disconnects, grouped together, at the main service. does the fire pump count towards six-disconnect rule, forcing me to redesign my service?
