Does the screw design

Does the screw design tapered or flat dictate if a lug can accept two wire or are all double wire lugs have the oval shape?

Good question. For larger terminals I've only seen oval shaped ones listed for two conductors.

I agree with Infinity but regardless, the manufacturers info will tell you if they are listed for multiple conductors.
