I have big building and one end has Panel S which feeds building door operator next to the door at the opposite end of the Panel S and opposite end of the building. The door operator is 120V.

Does the door operator require disconnect or not next to it by NEC 2014?

Most door operators have integral switches.

Section 430 fir motor. However what if its handicap door opener?
Why would that have anything to do with it? And unless the handicapped person is a maintenance person they would have no business playing with an equipment disconnect.

Right this has nothing to do with handicap door operators.

Just found out they are feeding power to telescoping automatic door.

Something like this:

Would those need disconnect next to the door? Would 430 apply or some other section?

If you really want to have something from 430..... go with 430.111. but you need to understand your systems better. The motor size on this application is minimal and generally not a concern to review 430.
"High-Efficiency DC Motor: Maximum of 3 amp current draw, allowing 5 operators to run on one 20 Amp circuit." this was pulled from the brand you tagged. By this information, youre talking about a motor less than 1/4hp DC.

If its not required by code then its not needed.

Power is from AC panelboard 120V single phase

IMO, it has a motor and a controller so a disconnect is needed in sight from the controller unless it has one built in.

With your description and adding "I have a big building" it would at first glance seem you were referring to an overhead door operator. Not a feed for an automatic man door.
