is anyone in here know anything about these systems? having trouble calling one house out of 20 that is connected to system

Is the phone number entered correctly? If you know nothing about programming the system, contact a Doorking dealer.

yes the number is same one they have always had, doorking said there was nothing wrong with system we even put her info in program again and still same issue. even tried her landline and cell.

Have you tried connecting to the phone line at the Doorking with a buttset and calling the number as it's programmed? Wouldn't be the first time a phone company had a problem. If it does work that's proof that the problem is with the Doorking.

So it calls the other 19? The 20th house may have accidentally blocked that number.

As suggested by others, use a butt set to call that house to see if it goes through.

she can answer the call, and hear us but we cant hear her and when she pushes 9 to open gate it wont work>

we did it did not work either. just dont make since that all other homes work but not that 1. and she hasent changed phones or number. it just stopped one day

Sounds like a phone company issue. They may have crossed up a pair in one of the splice boxes, or the shack.

Yes it does. Like I said, not the first time I've seen that. Get the phone company tech for the line the Doorking uses to call just like you did with a butt set. Then walk away telling him to let you know when it's fixed.
