Doors on Electric room

Is there a restriction on what direction the door swings (in or out )
This is a 600 amp 3 phase 120/208 y service with 4 panels taking up most of the room

Not for the installation that you have described. In 110.26(C)(2) the requirement for out swinging doors and panic bars applies to large equipment rated 1200 amps or more.
