The homeowner was saying that double oven would trip when ever he had both ovens on. However when I was present we could not get the ovens to trip the 40amp tandem breaker. I put my amp meter on it and it was only drawing 2.3 amps. Phase to phase was 240. Would this be a appliance issue or a breaker issue?
