Double Stacking Single Hole Panduit Compression Lugs in Parallel Run - Question

Looking for some input before I make a stink with our other departments. After asking opinions from peers, we seem divided about this parralel wires run.

I can't find any information for these specific lugs, but I was taught when running parralel wires you put one wire one one side of the copper and one on the other. Unless the lugs are rated and approved for stacking.

1st issue - Lugs not stacked are not making full contact with the copper. This is to be discussed.

The lug orientation in either scenario is fine. There could be some more copper on the bus tab to make more contact but that's a manufacturer issue. If tested under full load with no overheating then there's no issue.

I see no issue with either method. I am a lug libertarian however.

I belive they are 1 hole LCA panduit lugs.

They don't look cut to me just a standard compression one hole.
