Double Up Circuit Breaker??????

Depends on the manufacturer. QD allows it, but many others don't. Wire nut em when in doubt
 
Just wire nut them, I have had an inspector fail a final for doubling a SQD breaker that clearly states it is rated for 2 #14 cu. Instead of arguing with him I just changed it, after all he spent about an hour creeping around with nothing he could possibly fail us on, so I guess he resorted to making stuff up.

I know it's a minor thing now, but it can set a precedence that's tougher to fight when there's a bigger issue at stake.

Read art. 312.8-- make sure you read the first sentence all the way through. There is an unless part to the sentence
