I can't get a straight answer to this question. My son-in-law is building a barn (gambrel) style two story garage with an apartment on the second level.His electricians have installed the breaker panel between the wall studs. He wants to run the main drain line from approx. center to the wall-across the wall to a corner and down. 3" PVC- approx. 4ft. above the panel. Is this acceptable or does he need to run it so it does not go over the panel? Thanks!
