I started a thread about drawing software over on the Contracting Forum. I'm just inserting a pointer here to that thread in the hope that some of the Engineering guys that might use this type of drawing software (and might not review the Contracting forum very often) might jump over there and provide some advise or input.

If any of you guys have any input or advise, please post it on the other thread where everyone is already looking. I'm looking for the best software to do electrical floorplan drawings and one-lines with that will cost me $500 or less.
