Dropped Neutral

Hi,

I was helping someone cut a tree down and it fell on the overhead triplex to the residence. The neutral wire was previously damaged and our branch severed it completely causing a T.V., flourescent light and a heating blanket to spark and burn out. I spoke with the power co. worker but did not fully understand his explanation. Can you help?

All those loads became series loads on a 240 volt circuit and the higher resistance loads saw an elevation in voltage I x R = V

Using the above formula calculate the voltages on each of the lamps in the open neutral circuit below
