Good evening to you all,
I have a project that I am working on. It involves a drum switch for reversing phase, in case a generator is connected out of phase to the soft start on a motor. I need to draw this into a diagram. And understand the diagram in the catalog? Attached is a clip from the catalog. if I understand it right. Terminals 1,5 and 9 get L1, L2, L3 respectively. Terminals 3,7 and 11 get L1, L3, L2 respectively. Terminals 2,6, and 10 go to my soft start. So that when the switch is operated it switches 2 legs to reverse rotation of the phases? Correct? Thanks for any help, or advice. I have only hooked up one of these, and it's been a while back. I want to make sure it is correct on my drawing.

Yes, that should work. So you will basically jumper terminals 1 and 3, terminals 5 and 11, and terminals 7 and 9.

That is correct. Thanks guys. Any idea the best way to set it up on a Diagram? Is there a Standard? Or, just do it like the clip?
