Dry cleaner business installing new dry cleaning equipment - EXXON DF 2000 used (Class III A solvent classification)--thinking of installing distribution panel in another room and running circuits to equipment with explosion proof disconnects at equipment -- anyone design service to this type equipment?-- just one Hoyt dry cleaner and a Petromizer

Re: dry cleaners

Look at the spec sheet for this solvent. It is not a flammable liquid, it is a combustible liquid and like diesel fuel does not require explosion proof wiring methods unless the normal operation of the dry cleaning equipment will heat the solvent above its flash point.
From the product data sheet:
Electrical wiring of a Type III A plant should be in accordance with NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) for ordinary locations. There may be more stringent requirements for distillation and drying equipment.
