Most times I install them in unfinished basements using EMT, so I usually use a 4x4x2-1/8 junction box with a coverplate adapter. Plenty of room inside for all those wires.

Yeah, that's sort of a "How do you wire a house" kind of question.

-Unfinished, the way Jeff said.
-New construction, 2 gang nail on @ 48"aff (or 36"aff for Euro style appliances) with a flush mount receptalce and plate.
-Remodel, surface mount "tombstone" style receptacle fed from the bottom and mounted at the floor. If this is OK'd by the customer.
