dual meter socket

I have a customer who wants a new service w/ two meters. One 200A panel for the owner panel, and one 100a panel for the tennant. Is it legal to feed the overhead meter socket w/ 4/0 seu if the load calcs. are within the correct ampacity?

Sounds fine as long as the service entrance conductors feeding the meters are sized according to your load calculation.
