Dual voltage submersible pump motor

A farmer has asked me to verify that a pump he has just purchased is actually wired 240 volt and not 480 volt. This is a Hitachi pump/motor and they way they do it it to provide the motor with two "plugs", one for either voltage. Problem is, which one is it plugged into? There is no way to access the windings themselves as it is a potted motor.

Hitachi does not have a technical dept in the US to answer questions which is in itself quite unbelievable.

Should be able to use a good ohm meter. The 480V plug would have more resistance.
