I had something similar in previous post about this but now I know where the duct is.
I have panelboard in dwelling unit condo multfloor building. The duct is run within structural joist and the ceiling is below the joist.
Not sure if the ceiling is considered structural.
The panelboard is below the ceiling. From the panelboard to the structure joist top it is 6 feet.
Would the duct be considered in dedicated space or the ceiling is considered structural in above case?
