Is there a NEC code requirement for minimum burial depth for directly burried ducts and concerte encased ducts. I know each company has there own specification but I am interested in knowing the code requirement. Thanks

Sections 300.5 and 300.50 and their associated Tables and Notes give a fairly comprehensive matrix of various minimum cover requirements. A little less obvious are the implied affects noted in 310.60(B)(2) and its associated diagrams and Tables.
