What does the initials RA - and RA+ stand for on the terminal strip in a duct smoke.
what does RTS- and RTS + mean also.

There is no standard, you need to know the model and look up the directions on line.

That said my guess would be:

RA- Remote annunciator negative

RA+ Remote annunciator positive

RTS ... Remote Test Switch
