My home in CA has an existing service that is a 200 amp box, with overhead feed. I want to add a 100 amp meter service and unpgrade the 200 amp meter service to a 320 amp meter service. The 100 amp service will run a 1 bedroom garage conversion and the 320 amp service will run a 6 bedroom house, pool and work room. Currently the overhead service line from the pole is able to support a 320 amp meter.

Questions: 1. What size over head line with the service feed need to be?

2. Can both services tie into one over head service feed, or does an entirely new line have to be run from the pole?

Thanks in advance for your attention to this thread.
