After pulling 13 sets to a Duke Terminal Box and informing my friend the EE.
He states, "oh yeah", Duke Energy is now limiting terminations to ten per buss in the transformer, thus a requirement of the terminal box.
What I forgot to ask him was where's that information at.

I have looked at Duke's website and no change or additions in the engineering section, anybody got a link to this new requirement?

Oh well, the last football game is on today, and he invited me over, I'll get some insight then!

Here for a 2500kva transformer we are allowed 12 sets 600-750 or 16 sets 500.

Pro Bowl? A bunch of over payed kids dancing around trying not to get hurt. How exciting!

. . . limiting terminations to ten per buss (bus) in the transformer . . .
All electric utilities have limitations based on the transformer size, number of connections that can be made to the secondary, or both. These may or may not be published (ours are). It is always a good idea to verify before the installation of service conductors.
