Hi all. I am coming back to the trade after a long absence. I took the Washington EL01 today and was dumbfounded by the simplicity (used my calculator once. Passed with an 81. Nothing to crow about but hey pass is a pass. I was done with over an hr to spare. The WAC portion however I found to be convoluted and useless. Guessed the answers for most of the WAC and managed to pass it.
When I took the Washington exam the first time over a hundred years ago much scratch paper was needed for calculations and you really had to know the code. Now it seems if you can follow the code from beginning to end you can pass the test.
Does anyone else feel the test is easier these days? Has anyone tested again after many yrs?
