Looking for your ballpark price on this one. Duplex meter base, underground service, poco to drop power and reconnect. remove old duplex, install new one, drive ground rod ( some how ground rod was overlooked years ago) meter base same size should not need to replace service wire.

Are you sure, did you check, or did they go to a UFER?

I checked NO ground rod, no bonded to water line, nothing. We cant even spell UFER (oh I just did:grin: )
