Duplex recep with USB ports

I put this question in the UL forum because this is where I think I saw it before, I just can't find it with a search. I'm looking for the link to the duplex receptacle with the intregal USB charging ports. Can anyone help?

Not quite what I was looking for, but thanks anyway. This one looked like a Decora duplex receptacle with a USB port mounted vertically on either side of the receptacle. It looked like it even fit in a single gang box. I don't think I dreamt it but I could be wrong.

Grace Engineered Products makes a complete line of customized "port" options and duplex receptacles for industrial use, but all of them are UL Recognized Components (UR) because they are not "stand-alone" devices; they must be mounted and wired into something. Their website is a little sparse on graphics, but their on-line catalog gives a good depiction. Here is the pdf page showing that particular combination of devices.
