Having trouble finding service data on the Dura Pulse drives.

Automation Direct doesn't give a lot of support either.

What kind of data are you looking for? By service data do you mean maintenance information?

The small drives have little maintenance to do. Maybe clean dust out of blower and heat sink and that is about it.

Installation and setup instructions are provided, as well as available on their website.

Now if you don't understand some terminology or methods able to be used their information is not going to explain very much of that and you may need to find other sources to learn that information from. Example they do not describe all the fundementals of a PID control or 4-20 mA control, so you better have some understanding of what those are before diving into those types of control methods.

I haven't had any problems with AD drives that were not covered in the available manuals. True, it is not like ABs support where I can talk to a real person for a bit less than $2,000 a year.
Just FYI, you do not need a Tech Connect contract to get real human help on VFDs from Rockwell, just PLCs and Software. Tech support for drives is still free.

Sdman,
These drives and all small cheap drives like them are what are referred to in the drives industry as "component drives", which means there are no serviceable parts. So like many other components, when they fail, you replace them. To that end, the troubleshooting guides in the manual are intended to cover installation errors, power source / environmental issues and programming issues as they might relate to applications. So there is no "service data" because there is nothing to service.
