Dwelling bedroom arc fault

New york city is still using the 2005 nec. I know bedrooms need to be on arc fault breakers. Ny has a change stating all bedrooms shall have an air condition circuit. Does this mean i need two arc fault breakers for a bedroom?

Unless NYC has an amendment for the a/c circuit- I bet there is a chance that it does- then yes you would need 2 afci's
