Dwelling Calculation. Is it necessary to figure in the load of a refrigerator and seperate freezer in the general method?How about a microhood? If there are 4 or more fixed appliances and 2 of those are 40gal water heaters,they can each be derated 25%,correct? Thanks

220.52(A) Exception: The individual branch circuit permitted by 210.52(B(1),Exception#2 shall be permitted to be excluded from the calculation required by 220.52

220.53 Appliance Load-Dwelling Unit(s)
It shall be permissible to apply a demand factor of 75%percent to the nameplate rating load of four or more appliances fastened in place,other than electric ranges,clothes dryers,space heating equipment,or air-conditioning,that are served by the same feeder or service in a one-family,two family,or multifamily dwelling.

*Your (2)two waterheaters,and your fixed microwave permitted to be included in the demand factor of 75%percent,of(4)four or more appliances.
