Dwelling unit load calculation

When we do a load calculation, we use the higher of the two loads (Heat or AC) 220.82 but how do you calculate a window unit ac? Is it considered AC or a small appliance?

I would count it as A.C. I don’t believe that the code differentiates between Central A.C. Or a windowA.C.
