Why does the NEC not show a value for the required bathroom circuit @ 1500 VA , similar to the laundry circuit? (Informative Annex D)

Probably because this circuit is almost never loaded. It's so infrequently loaded as to simply not matter in calculations. Besides, the rest of the service calcs are so overblown that there's plenty of wiggle room.

Even if it did it would add so little to the calculation. It adds about 525 watts to the demand so you can see the size of the service would not change in almost every instance

It's already included in the 3 VA/SF unit load for dwelling units.
