I have a 200amp, 120/240volt, single phase service supplying a "all-in-one" panelboard with 200/2 and 100/2 feeder breakers. Is the requirement of NEC 690.64(B)(2) applies to dwelling units, or this section only applies to photovoltaic systems?

690.64(B)(2) only applies when a photovoltaic system is being connected to a premise wiring system.

FYI, In the 2011 code there is no (a) or (b) in 690.64 . It now directs you to 705.12.

So, a 200amp service supplying a panelboard with (1) 200/2 and (1) 100/2 feeder breaker is acceptable then?
