Dwelling unit wall space

Please see attached sketch I have townhome with three fixed windows, you can open and close them by sliding bottom half panel towards floor of window up or down but the window does not go all the way down to floor level and they 3 feet part from each other.

I was wondering NEC 2014 would such a configuration count as wall space and would need to provide receptacle between each window or would space of 12 feet between two receptacles each other okay?

Just assume that there are no windows there at all.

Also add to post #1 each window width is 3 feet wide.

Just do it like you would normally every 12ft.
