E-mon D-mon meter

I have a meter (e-mon D-mon KWH 480volt). Installations instructions call for 1/10 A 600 V fuses (line side). The fuses were not included with the meter and I have not located any. If I wire per NEC article 240.21B, will that satisfy the code requirement?
